1. Official Federation Rules and Regulations for the current year shall govern play with the exception of local tournament rules
2. Local Tournament Rules:
• Game time is forfeit time.
• NON-APPEARANCE FORFEIT - If a team does not appear for a scheduled tournament game, they will be withdrawn from further tournament competition and not invited to the tournament the following year.
• Each team receives three 45 second time-outs per game.
• A game shall consist of two 20 minute running halves, with a 5 minute half-time. The clock will stop in the last two minutes of the second half if margin is 10 points or less. Regular season rules apply during stopped clock.
• Fouls: Regular season rules apply
  1. Fouled on a two point shot: Shoot two. On made shots: count the basket and shoot one.
  2. Fouled on a three point shot: Shoot three. On made shots, count the basket and shoot one.
  3. Five personal fouls disqualifies any individual player.
  4. Seventh + team fouls in each half will result in one and one. 10+ team fouls shoot two.
  5. A technical foul will result in an automatic two points and the ball for the other team.
• Ejections: Any player/coach/spectator who is ejected from a game must leave the facility immediately and are forbidden to participate/attend the remainder of the tournament. They are also at risk not being allowed to participate/attend future tournaments.
• There will be no 30 second shot clock, 10 second back court is in effect.
• Overtime will be 2 minutes. The clock will stop on all whistles. If a game is still tied after two overtimes, a sudden death period will result. Sudden death will be the first team to score. Each team receives one additional full time-out for each overtime period with no carry over. Regular season rules apply
• Championship games will be a 3 minute overtime. Clock will stop on all whistles. No sudden death in championship games of each bracket. Regular season rules apply
• Each team must have numbered jerseys or t-shirts of the same color
• Home team is listed first. Home teams should wear light color jerseys throughout the tournament.
3. Pool Tie Breakers
   1. 1st Tie Breaker- Head to Head competition within the pool.
   2. 2nd Tie Breaker - Total points allowed in all games within the pool
   3. 3rd Tie Breaker - Total points scored in all games within the pool.
